Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Trip Amor. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Trip Amor ("we", "our", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Trip Amor mobile application and any related services (collectively, "the Service").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Trip Amor. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Trip Amor on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not permit you to:
You retain all rights to the content you create in Trip Amor — your trips, activities, notes, uploaded attachments, and preferences ("User Content").
By storing User Content on our servers, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to it and that it does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or violate these Terms.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Trip Amor uses artificial intelligence to help generate trip itineraries. AI-generated content is provided as-is for planning inspiration only. It may contain inaccuracies about opening hours, prices, restrictions, or availability. You are responsible for independently verifying details before relying on them (booking flights, showing up at attractions, etc.).
Trip Amor is not liable for any losses, disappointments, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Live flight status information is provided by third-party data providers (currently AirLabs). Trip Amor makes no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
Do not rely solely on Trip Amor for critical flight decisions. Always cross-check with your airline's official channels before heading to the airport or making time-sensitive decisions.
Trip Amor is free to use with certain limits (currently 3 trips, 20 activities per trip, 5 attachments per trip). You may upgrade to Trip Amor Pro for unlimited access.
Trip Amor integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, Google Calendar, Apple Sign-In, AirLabs, Open-Meteo, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others as listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we recommend you review.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party service.
The Trip Amor name, logo, application design, source code, and all associated content (excluding your User Content) are the exclusive property of Trip Amor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIP AMOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trip Amor, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the App (Settings → Delete Account).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 5 (User Content), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), and 17 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trip Amor regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
